Your Order will be selected and packed by hand.

Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Small parts may be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Orders with a value of 200.00 USD or more will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation. The Delivery Confirmation Number can be tracked on-line at: usps.com Valuable orders may also be Insured. Insured consignments require a Signature for Delivery.

RB MAC is located in the geographic center of the country. Priority Mail will reach any place in the continental USA within 2 to 5 days.

If you have special shipping needs: USPS First Class Mail, UPS or FedEx or DHL to U.S. Addresses outside the continental United States, Or shipping to a second party, please place your order on the shopping cart AND e-mail the alternate shipping instructions to: bob@rbmacparts.com. You will receiver an e-mail reply with total order charges, including shipping, and delivery dates.

For shipping of Firearms for Repair or Service, Insured USPS Priority Mail is the ONLY acceptable Shipping method. E-mail: bob@ rbmacparts.com for complete shipping and transfer instructions BEFORE you ship your Weapon.


We have had continued success with USPS Priority Mail delivery. However, accidents can happen.

If you do not receive your Order within 10-14 working days after the order date, e-mail: bob@rbmacparts.com with your ORDER NUMBER, printed at the top of your Order Confirmation e-mail. If the shipment has been lost, we will find it and/or mail you replacement merchandise. Sometimes a part will be out of stock, but expected in stock within 10-14 working days. In this event, your order may be held a few extra days to fill it.

If your Order arrived in a crushed or opened Carton, by USPS Priority Mail, e-mail your ORDER NUMBER, printed at the top of your Order Confirmation e-mail, to: bob@rbmacparts.com for further instructions. We will mail you any missing or damaged parts.

If your Order arrived in a crushed or opened Carton, and the Carrier was NOT the USPS, refuse the delivery, and file a claim with the Carrier immediately. Then e-mail your ORDER NUMBER, printed at the top of Order Confirmation e-mail, to: bob@rbmacparts.com for further instructions.


Delivery to Addresses outside the United States. We are not licensed to EXPORT Firearms Parts. Maximum of 199.95 USD on Foreign Orders. We ship via USPS Air Mail Letter Post only. You stipulate, by placing the order, that it is legal for you to receive Firearms Parts in your Country of Residence. You are responsible for any tariffs or customs duties upon delivery.

If you refuse the delivery, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

If your order is seized by Customs, either at port of exit or port of entry, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

If you received the Wrong Merchandise, and it is OUR ERROR, e-mail: bob@rbmacparts.com with your ORDER NUMBER, printed at the top of your Order Confirmation e-mail. We will reply with instructions for returning the merchandise, and to ascertain the information we need to send you the proper parts.

If you received Parts for the wrong Weapon, and it was YOUR ERROR: NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS for your mistake.

It is your responsibility to know WHAT PART your need, and WHAT GUN you are ordering parts for.
